WEKESA AFRI-FARMING was first established with the mission to develop agricultural projects in rural South Africa and to address the critical issue of food insecurity in our country. We are a women-owned organisation whose roots are planted firmly in the hills and plains of Mtingwevu, a village in the former Transkei region. Our ethnically diverse founders have pioneered the world with their project management, strong marketing skills and extensive rural development experience.
